Tire Sidewall Cutter
SL tire sidewall cutter, the maximum processing diameter is 1200mm, processing 40pcs per hour, tire types is unlimited. The equipment is easy to operate, it is the first step in tire processing and common choice for recycling plants.
Tire Strip Cutter
SL tire strip cutting machine, it can process 1000kg of waste tires without sidewalls per hour. The cutter can process tires with cut rubber strip width of 30-50mm. It is an economical machine for used tire recycling.
Tire Block Cutter Machine
Tire block cutter QKJ-358 with a capacity of 800 kg/h. The upgraded version of the cutter with a capacity of 1500 kg/h. It used after strip cutters, cutting rubber strips into blocks with dimensions of 3*5*6 cm.
Tire Bead Wire Remover
Shuliy tire bead wire remover machine processes 120 tires per hour. It can process car and truck tires, and can completely separate the inner steel wire，preparing for the subsequent easy shredding of tires.
Tire Crushing Machine
Shuliy tire crushing and screening system has 6 different processing lines to crush 100mm rubber blocks into 5-40 mesh rubber powder. Two screens and two magnetic separators ensure that the purity of the final rubber powder is more than 99%.
Tire Debeader Machine

Rubber Shredder
With high strength alloy blades, rubber shredder can tear, squeeze and shear the waste tires. The size of the shredded rubber block is 50-100mm, processing capacity ranging from 2t/h to 20t/h.
