W\u00e4hrend des Prozesses trat aufgrund lokaler Strombedingungen ein unerwartetes elektrisches Problem auf. class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konfiguration der HDPE-Pelletieranlage<\/h2>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Recyclinganlage besteht aus zwei Hauptabschnitten:<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Zerkleinerungs-, Wasch- und Trocknungsabschnitt \u2013 Diese Vorbehandlungsstufe bereitet das Rohmaterial vor, indem HDPE-Kisten in kleinere St\u00fccke zerbrochen, Schmutz entfernt und f\u00fcr die Pelletierungsstufe getrocknet werden.<\/li>    <li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tire-machinery.com\/de\/plastic-recycling-granulator-machine\/\">Kunststoffgranulierungsanlagen<\/a> \u2013 Der Kern der Kunststoff-Pelletieranlage, wo die gereinigten und getrockneten HDPE-Flocken geschmolzen, extrudiert und zu einheitlichen Pellets geschnitten werden.<\/li> <\/ul>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spezielle Zusatzger\u00e4te f\u00fcr h\u00f6here Qualit\u00e4t der HDPE-Pellets<\/h2>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Angesichts der strengen Qualit\u00e4tsanforderungen des Kunden an HDPE-Pellets haben wir die Anlage mit zus\u00e4tzlichen Ger\u00e4ten angepasst:<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Luftabscheider: Installiert w\u00e4hrend der Waschstufe, um leichte Verunreinigungen effektiver zu entfernen.<\/li>    <li>Nudelstrangmaschine: Zur Pelletierungsstufe hinzugef\u00fcgt, um ein Verkleben der Str\u00e4nge zu verhindern und eine einheitliche Pelletform und gleichbleibende Qualit\u00e4t zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/li> <\/ul>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach der Installation und Feinabstimmung lief die HDPE-Pelletieranlage effizient und produzierte saubere, hochwertige Pellets, die die Erwartungen des Kunden vollst\u00e4ndig erf\u00fcllten.
