Core Process

  • Extraction of internal steel wire: the wire drawing machine adopts hydraulic system to pull strongly, quickly and completely extract the internal steel ring of the tire, laying a good foundation for subsequent cutting and crushing.
  • Tire cutting: through strong shearing, cut the whole OTR tire into large pieces of about 900mm
  • Tire shredding: further shredding the rubber block into 500mm small pieces.
  • Automatic material storage system: store the shredded rubber blocks to ensure the stable supply of material to the subsequent equipment.
  • Large Rubber Powder Machine: deep crushing of rubber blocks to produce high quality rubber powder with adjustable fineness.
  • Nylon wind separator: separating the nylon fiber in rubber powder by wind separating principle, effectively improving the purity of the product.

Core Process

  • OTR disintegrator: initial disintegration of the whole giant tire
  • OTR tire cutter: further cut the disintegrated tires into blocks to reduce the volume;
  • OTR rim separator: effectively separating the rims from the rubber blocks
  • Large shredder (1200 type and above): to roughly shred the rubber blocks
  • High-power rubber powder machine (XKP450 and above models): crushes the rubber particles finely to make rubber powder of required fineness;
  • Nylon wind separator: separates the nylon fiber in the rubber powder and improves the purity of the rubber powder;
