La mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re principale du client est constitu\u00e9e de caisses HDPE usag\u00e9es, qui n\u00e9cessitent un traitement pr\u00e9cis pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs normes de granul\u00e9s de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installation et support professionnels sur site<\/h2>    <p>Pour assurer une mise en place fluide, nous avons d\u00e9p\u00each\u00e9 notre \u00e9lectricien et ing\u00e9nieur exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s en Oman pour l'installation et la mise en service sur site. Au cours du processus, un probl\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique inattendu est survenu en raison des conditions \u00e9lectriques locales. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'expertise de nos techniciens, le probl\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement identifi\u00e9 et r\u00e9solu, permettant \u00e0 l'ensemble de l'usine de granulation de plastique de class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuration de l'usine de granulation HDPE<\/h2>    <p>La ligne de recyclage se compose de deux sections principales :<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Section de broyage, lavage et s\u00e9chage \u2013 Cette \u00e9tape de pr\u00e9traitement pr\u00e9pare la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re en d\u00e9composant les caisses HDPE en morceaux plus petits, en \u00e9liminant la salet\u00e9 et en les s\u00e9chant pour l'\u00e9tape de granulation.<\/li>    <li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tire-machinery.com\/fr\/plastic-recycling-granulator-machine\/\">\u00c9quipement de granulation de plastique<\/a> \u2013 Le c\u0153ur de la ligne de pelletisation de plastique, o\u00f9 les flocons de HDPE nettoy\u00e9s et s\u00e9ch\u00e9s sont fondus, extrud\u00e9s et coup\u00e9s en pellets uniformes.<\/li> <\/ul>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additifs sp\u00e9ciaux pour une meilleure qualit\u00e9 des granul\u00e9s HDPE<\/h2>    <p>Compte tenu des exigences de qualit\u00e9 strictes du client pour les granul\u00e9s HDPE, nous avons personnalis\u00e9 la ligne avec des \u00e9quipements suppl\u00e9mentaires :<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>S\u00e9parateur d'air : Install\u00e9 pendant l'\u00e9tape de lavage pour \u00e9liminer plus efficacement les impuret\u00e9s l\u00e9g\u00e8res.<\/li>    <li>Machine \u00e0 fili\u00e8re \u00e0 nouilles : Ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9tape de granulation pour emp\u00eacher les fils de coller les uns aux autres, garantissant une forme de granul\u00e9 uniforme et une qualit\u00e9 constante.<\/li> <\/ul>    <p>Apr\u00e8s l'installation et le r\u00e9glage fin, la ligne de granulation HDPE a fonctionn\u00e9 efficacement, produisant des granul\u00e9s propres et de haute qualit\u00e9 qui ont pleinement r\u00e9pondu aux attentes du client.
