For the 25トンの機械プレス, you need to keep the moving parts slippery. Think of it like a bicycle chain. During your first week, you must put grease on the gears and oil on the bearings every few days. Later, you only need to do it every 10 to 15 days. If the charcoal powder ever gets stuck in the hopper, simply add a little bit of water to thin it out.

For the 100-ton hydraulic machine, you don’t need to grease gears as often, but you must regularly check the oil levels in the hydraulic pump station to make sure the pressure stays strong.
