To ensure a smooth and efficient setup, we dispatched our experienced electrician and engineer to Oman for on-site installation, equipment adjustment, and commissioning support. During the process, an unexpected electrical issue occurred due to local power conditions, which could have affected the start-up schedule.
Thanks to our technicians’ professional expertise and quick response, the problem was accurately identified and resolved in a short time. With the installation and commissioning completed successfully, the entire plastic pelletizing plant was able to operate smoothly and meet the customer’s production requirements.

재활용 라인은 두 가지 주요 섹션으로 구성됩니다:
- 파쇄, 세척 및 건조 섹션 – 이 전처리 단계는 HDPE 상자를 더 작은 조각으로 분해하고, 먼지를 제거하고, 펠렛화 단계를 위해 건조하여 원자재를 준비합니다.
- 플라스틱 과립 장비 – 세척 및 건조된 HDPE 플레이크가 녹고, 압출되고, 균일한 펠렛으로 절단되는 플라스틱 펠렛화 라인의 핵심입니다.

Given the customer’s strict quality requirements for HDPE pellets, we customized the line with additional equipment to improve process stability, enhance pellet consistency, and better support continuous, high-quality production:
- 공기 분리기: 세척 단계에서 가벼운 불순물을 보다 효과적으로 제거하기 위해 설치되었습니다.
- 면 가닥 기계: 펠렛화 단계에 추가되어 가닥이 서로 달라붙는 것을 방지하여 균일한 펠렛 모양과 일관된 품질을 보장합니다.
설치 및 미세 조정 후 HDPE 펠렛화 라인은 효율적으로 작동하여 고객의 기대를 완전히 충족하는 깨끗하고 고품질의 펠렛을 생산했습니다. 고객은 저희 장비 성능과 애프터 서비스 모두에 대해 강한 만족감을 표했습니다.
