To ensure a smooth and efficient setup, we dispatched our experienced electrician and engineer to Oman for on-site installation, equipment adjustment, and commissioning support. During the process, an unexpected electrical issue occurred due to local power conditions, which could have affected the start-up schedule.
Thanks to our technicians’ professional expertise and quick response, the problem was accurately identified and resolved in a short time. With the installation and commissioning completed successfully, the entire plastic pelletizing plant was able to operate smoothly and meet the customer’s production requirements.

HDPE 造粒厂配置
回收线由两个主要部分组成：
- 破碎、清洗和干燥部分 – 此预处理阶段通过将 HDPE 板条箱破碎成小块，去除污垢并干燥以进行造粒，从而准备原材料。
- 塑料造粒设备 – 塑料造粒线的核心，在此阶段，清洁干燥的 HDPE 碎片被熔化、挤出并切割成均匀的颗粒。
提高 HDPE 颗粒质量输出的特殊附加件
Given the customer’s strict quality requirements for HDPE pellets, we customized the line with additional equipment to improve process stability, enhance pellet consistency, and better support continuous, high-quality production:
- 风选机：在清洗阶段安装，以更有效地去除轻质杂质。
- 条状切粒机：添加到造粒阶段，以防止条状物粘在一起，确保颗粒形状均匀且质量一致。
安装和微调后，HDPE 造粒线运行高效，生产出清洁、高质量的颗粒，完全满足客户的期望。客户对我们的设备性能和售后服务都表示了高度满意。
