Main Applications
The tire crusher machine is the core machine of rubber powder production line. It is designed to machine to grind rubber into powder or granules. The grinder can process 30-100 mm tire blocks into 5-40 mesh rubber powder and separate steel wire and nylon fiber during operation.
How to Make Rubber Powder from Tires?
The rubber tire crushing system is mainly composed of three parts: one tire crusher machine, sieving machines and magnetic separators.
Crushing equipment: the crushing part mainly consists of frame, front and rear two rollers, motor, reducer, gap adjustment device, electronic control system and so on. When the crusher is working, the two rollers of the crusher to do relative rotation, rubber blocks are sucked into the gap between the two sticks for processing. The operator adjusts the distance between the two rollers to adjust the size of the finished rubber powder.
Sieving equipment: The crushed rubber granules are separated into two parts through the vibrating sifter: size qualified and unqualified. The unqualified granules are because of oversize, the automatic conveyor belt will re-feed them into the rubber shredder to be grinded again until they are qualified in size. The rubber granules with qualified size are transported to the next magnetic separation section.
Magnetic Separation: The magnetic separator is designed to remove the fine iron filaments in the rubber powder, Shuliy provides two magnetic separation steps, the first one is using double roll magnetic separator for rough separation, the second one is using single roll magnetic separator for fine separation, after the rubber powder is separated by magnetic separation, the fine iron filaments will be removed completely, and the purity of the rubber powder can be more than 99%.

Note: the specific output of the crusher machine is inextricably linked to the size of the finished product: the larger the particle size of the rubber powder, the higher the output. Relatively, the smaller the particle size of rubber powder, the smaller the output.
