Machine Introduction

The Tire Cutter cuts pre-treated tires (rimmed and wire removed) into chunks of up to 900mm by means of high-strength hydraulic or mechanical knives. The cutting system is driven by a high-torque motor, combined with a sturdy knife frame and tool design, which allows precise cutting in a short time and improves the overall recycling efficiency.

The standard cut-off machine is compact and easy to operate, suitable for truck tire processing lines; while the OTR large cut-off machine features a stronger frame, longer stroke and greater cutting force, ideal for mining tires and load equipment tire processing.

With a structural weight of 7200kg, this model is engineered for serious operators in mining or construction recycling lines. Due to its size, the machine is shipped unboxed and assembled onsite.
