Our tire recycling plant systems are engineered with multiple layers of safety features to protect both the operators and the investment itself. Every machine is equipped with prominent, easily accessible emergency stop buttons (e-stops). When pressed, these buttons immediately cut power to the entire system, bringing all moving parts to a halt as quickly as possible in the event of an emergency.
To protect the machinery from damage, our systems incorporate intelligent overload protection. The control panel constantly monitors the electrical load on the main motors of the shredder and grinder. If a piece of exceptionally tough material or an overfeed situation causes the motor to draw excessive current, the system will automatically stop the feeding conveyor to allow the main machine to clear the material, thus preventing a catastrophic motor burnout.
Finally, all moving parts, such as drive belts, chains, and rotating shafts, are fully enclosed with robust physical guards. These guards are designed to prevent accidental contact and are interlocked in many cases, meaning the machine cannot be started if a guard is missing or not properly secured. These integrated features form a comprehensive safety net that is fundamental to the design of a modern, responsible tire recycling plant.
