Qatar Client Introduces Rubber Tire Recycling Equipment for Efficient Tire Disassembly
A Qatar-based recycling company partnered with Shuliy to set up a complete tire disassembly line for rubber tire recycling. Shuliy’s solution includes a tire sidewall cutter, segment cutter, and industrial shredder—designed to efficiently dismantle and recycle waste tires for future reuse. The project was delivered smoothly and is now running successfully in their factory.
Our customer is an environmental company based in Qatar, committed to rubber tire recycling and repurposing used tires. Located in Ras Al Khaimah, their factory focuses on physically dismantling waste truck and car tires to prepare them for further processes such as rubber granule production or pyrolysis.
To improve processing efficiency, the customer needed a compact, easy-to-operate system capable of handling large volumes of tires quickly.

This Rubber tire recycling line enables a step-by-step process from bead cutting → tire segmenting → shredding, preparing the tires for further recycling stages.
Based on the customer’s production goal of tire disassembly, we provided a 3-machine setup that forms a basic tire breakdown line, including:
- Power: 4KW + 0.75KW
- Function: Removing the steel bead rings from both sides of the tire
- Capacity: Approx. 40 tires/hour
- Suitable Tire Size: 650–1250mm in diameter
