Main Applications
The multi- funtional tire cutter machine is suitable for the pre-processing stage of truck tires. The machine can directly separate or dismantle the top rubber of the tire from the tire body and cut it into strips, and the treated rubber will be processed by the shredder for the next step. It is particularly suitable for processing medium and large tires with a diameter of 900-1200mm, meeting the needs of large capacity of fully automatic recycling lines.

This integrated rim cutting and segmenting machine is aslo called a small type dismantling machine or tire disassembly equipment. it is a technologically advanced truck tire side cutter on the market today. Our small tire dismantling machine is designed for tire recycling centers, scrap yards, and startup. It is able to quickly complete the initial dismantling process of waste tires in one operation. It mainly consists of feeding system, dual motor drive system (7.5kW + 3kW), cutting system and control system.
After the waste tires are conveyed into the cutting area, the dismantling equipment separates and cuts the tires efficiently according to the set procedure, with an output of up to 3 tons/hour, which greatly improves the processing efficiency of waste tires.
