Our PET bottle washing line is built to process dirty plastic bottles step by step:

We offer flexible models with capacities ranging from 500 kg/h to 6000 kg/h, depending on your plant size, material source, and desired flake output. The system is modular and can be scaled up in the future if you want to incease your output.

Our plastic bottle recycling machine is suitable for most post-consumer PET bottles, such as mineral water bottles, soda bottles, carbonated drink bottles, edible oil bottles, and more. Bottles with labels and caps can be processed as long as they are made of standard PET, PP, or PE materials.

Yes. The PET bottle washing line includes a label remover, crusher, and floating separation tank that separates PP/PE caps and labels from PET flakes based on density differences. You will get pure PET flakes in the end.

Different configuration needs different space. For exzample, a typical 1000kg/h PET bottle washing line requires 300–500 square meters, depending on layout. We offer 3D layout drawings to help you plan before purchase. We can also adjust the machine configuration to fit your place.

The floating tank separates PET flakes from PP/PE caps and labels based on density.
Caps and labels float, while PET flakes sink and are conveyed to the next stage. A special baffle blocks floating material and directs it to the side outlet.

The friction washer uses internal paddles and friction plates to scrub and pre-clean the PET flakes before entering the hot washer, improving the washing effect.

The water temperature is typically set at 85–95°C. Temperatures above this range may damage the PET’s intrinsic viscosity, making it unsuitable for downstream fiber production.

After heating, PET flakes may curl, trapping detergent or alkaline residues. The friction washer for PET flakes removes residual chemicals, and the floating rinse tank further filters out leftover labels or impurities, keeping the pH level under 8.

  • The horizontal dewatering machine reduces moisture to 3%–5%.
  • With a hot air drying pipeline, final moisture can be reduced to 0.5%–1%, suitable for storage or pelletizing.
  • For 500kg/h (half-ton) systems, the drying pipe is typically 15 meters.
  • For 1000kg/h systems, around 20 meters.
