Styrofoam Pelletizer
Styrofoam Pelletizer Introduction
The EPS pelletizing machine is specially designed to recycle expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam waste—such as foam packaging, insulation boards, and food containers—into reusable plastic pellets. The working process involves heating and melting the foam, then extruding the molten material through a screw and pulling it into strands through a die head.
These strands are cooled and cut into uniform pellets. With a compact design, stable output, and customizable configurations, this styrofoam pelletizing machine is ideal for small and medium-sized recycling plants seeking to reduce waste volume and recover material value efficiently.
EPS Pelletizer Specification
We offer three standard configurations of our double-reducer EPS pelletizing machines, each tailored to meet different capacity needs:
220 + 150 model: Equipped with a 15kW main motor and 5.5kW auxiliary motor, this styrofoam recycling machine setup includes a 150-type pellet cutter with a 1.1kW motor, a built-in 800-type crusher, and an electric die head with non-stop screen changer. It delivers a stable output of 150–200 kg/h, making it ideal for small-scale foam recycling operations.
270 + 150 model: Powered by an upgraded 18.5kW + 5.5kW motor combination, this styrofoam recycling machine maintains the 1.1kW pelletizer and the 800 crusher, offering enhanced melting capacity. The same electric die head ensures continuous production, with a boosted output of 200–250 kg/h.
320 + 180 model: Designed for higher throughput, it features an 18.5kW main motor and a 11kW sub-motor, plus a 180-type pellet cutter powered by a 2.2kW motor. Combined with the 800 crusher and automatic screen-changing die head, it achieves 250–300 kg/h, suitable for medium-scale or industrial foam recycling plants.
