We are proud to share the successful delivery and installation of our HDPE plastic pelletizing line for a recycling company in Oman. The client’s main raw material is waste HDPE crates, which require precise processing to meet their high-quality pellet standards.

Professional On-Site Installation & Support

To ensure a smooth setup, we dispatched our experienced electrician and engineer to Oman for on-site installation and commissioning. During the process, an unexpected electrical issue occurred due to local power conditions. Thanks to our technicians’ expertise, the problem was quickly identified and resolved, allowing the entire plastic pelletizing plant to operate smoothly.

HDPE Pelletizing Plant Configuration

The recycling line consists of two main sections:

• Crushing, Washing, and Drying Section – This pre-treatment stage prepares the raw material by breaking down HDPE crates into smaller pieces, removing dirt, and drying them for the pelletizing stage.
• Plastic Granulation Equipment – The core of the plastic pelletizing line, where the cleaned and dried HDPE flakes are melted, extruded, and cut into uniform pellets.

Special Add-Ons for Higher HDPE Pellets Quality Output

Given the customer’s strict quality requirements for HDPE pellets, we customized the line with additional equipment:

• Air Separator: Installed during the washing stage to remove light impurities more effectively.
• Noodle Stranding Machine: Added to the pelletizing stage to prevent strands from sticking together, ensuring a uniform pellet shape and consistent quality.

After installation and fine-tuning, the HDPE pelletizing line ran efficiently, producing clean, high-quality pellets that fully met the client’s expectations. The customer expressed strong satisfaction with both our equipment performance and our after-sales service.
