The machine is designed with a ground-level horizontal feed hopper, making it extremely easy to load large foam blocks, insulation boards, or curled foam rolls without lifting. With a feed port size ranging from 800×600 mm to 1500×800 mm, even large-sized packaging foam or long EPE rolls can be fed directly into the shredder, saving labor and time.
  • Powerful Motors: 5.5–11 kW. Equipped with high-torque industrial motors ranging from 5.5 kW to 11 kW, the shredder runs smoothly even when dealing with dense EPS, thick EPE layers, or XPS insulation sheets. The optimized blade system and strong motor combination ensure stable crushing speed, low noise, and low maintenance.
  • Designed for Pelletizing Line Integration. Our foam shredders are commonly used as the first step in a complete EPS pelletizing line. After shredding, the crushed foam is directly conveyed into a hot melting extruder or a foam granulation machine.
