Canada: Full Tire Recycling Line Put into Operation for Rubber Floor Tiles
Our Canadian client deployed a full tire recycling line to produce rubber floor tiles from used truck tires (≤1200mm). The setup includes a ring and block cutter, SL-400 grinding system, and molds for 500×500mm and 1000×1000mm tiles. The system runs efficiently and delivers high-quality recycled rubber products.
An environmental protection industry customer from Canada has successfully cooperated with our company. He purchased a complete set of production line equipment for waste tire recycling and rubber powder preparation. The Canadian customer’s main raw material is waste truck tires with a diameter of no more than 1200mm, and the final product is environmentally friendly rubber floor tiles. Those are widely used in gyms, playgrounds, garden walkways and other floor paving projects.

Tire front-end processing system (decomposition area)
Considering that the diameter of the customer’s tire is 900-1200mm, Shuliy has equipped it with an integrated machine of cutting ring and cutting off. The pretreat machine can complete the separation of the tire’s steel wire ring and the cutting of the rubber body at one time, improving the efficiency of the tire dismantling processing.
Tire shredding and grinding system
The customer chose our mature 400# grinding production line, including tire shredder, rubber powder machine, vibrating screen, magnetic separator, air conveying system and so on. The system can further crush the cut tires to:
- 10 mesh (2.5mm) Output: 400-500kg/h
- 20 mesh (1.25mm) output: 300-350kg/h
- 30 mesh (0.83mm) output: 240-280kg/h
- 40 mesh (0.63mm) output: 150-175kg/h
The above processing system can efficiently separate steel wire and fiber impurities, obtaining high purity rubber powder, laying a solid foundation for subsequent compression molding.
In order to meet customers’ needs for different floor tile sizes, we offer:
- 500×500mm mold
- 1000×1000mm mold
Customers with hydraulic plate vulcanizing machine (four-column hot press structure), a layer can be pressed 4 pieces of 500 × 500mm floor tiles or 1 piece of 1000 × 1000mm large-size floor tiles, the use of PLC full-automatic control system, to achieve automatic heating, constant temperature, exhaust, mold closure, demolding, to ensure that the brick molding effect of flat, beautiful, dense.
